The original tile installed in the common areas of this home became loose and tented due to poor installation combined with temperature swings over multiple seasons. The solution: Replace the flooring entirely. The customer chose to replace the Ceramic Tile with large format Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring, and also upgraded their baseboard to a taller, more modern profile.
